Greater media coverage for your company
Wild Talk Africa has already achieved much exposure in the media and has secured strong relationships with a wide array of international and local media, including industry magazines, television, internet and newsletter coverage. Screen Africa, an award winning magazine, is the leading trade publication for the television, film, commercials, video, audio, events and technology industries in southern Africa, and is Wild Talk Africa's official media partner. This ensures much pre-publicity of the Festival including interviews with VIPS, programme highlights and full page advertisements. The magazine is also distributed at overseas Festivals.

Branding for your company
All Sponsors will be profiled on the official website, www.wildtalkafrica.com and included in the monthly newsletters which are distributed to a database of over 6 000 contacts interested in the wildlife filmmaking industry.

A 30" television advertisement is screened on e.tv in South Africa on average 5 times a day over 3 months leading up to the Festival valued at approximately R3 million ($385 000 or £270 000). During the Festival, the Sponsor's logo is displayed on the AV, banners and brochures may be displayed and the Sponsor is included in the daily Wildtalker's newsletter which is distributed during the Festival.

BRANDING AND SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

EVENING NETWORKING EVENTS Up to R200 000 ($25 500 or £18 000)
Four fantastic evening social networking events are organised during the Festival and are a highlight for delegates. Sponsors of an evening event have the opportunity to brand the complete venue, make a speech and welcome the delegates to the event.

PUBLIC SCREENING AT LOCAL CINEMAS R150 000 ($19 500 or £13 500)
The finalists for the ROSCAR Award categories will be screened over a week at a local cinema (Nu Metro or the Labia Theatre) in Cape Town, South Africa. A 3-5 minute introductory screener of the Sponsor can be screened at the start of every screening. Press releases will be written and despatched to the media to ensure good public attendance.

BRANDING OF DELEGATE BAGS R75 000 ($9 600 or £6 700)
Exclusive delegate bags are designed and presented to all Festival delegates, and will be branded with the Sponsor's logo.

NEWCOMERS TO THE FESTIVAL R70 000 ($9 100 or £6 300)
There are many young Newcomers who would greatly benefit from the interaction with key role players, the seminars, workshops and learning more about the wildlife filmmaking industry. The Sponsor has the opportunity to sponsor the delegate fee for 20 Newcomers, valued at R3 500 each.

ROSCAR AWARD R50 000 ($6 500 or £4 500)
The ROSCARS, a prestigious Awards evening dedicated to presenting filmmakers with ROSCAR Awards for their outstanding contributions to the wildlife filmmaking industry. There are 14 categories and a Sponsor has the opportunity of naming one of the ROSCAR Awards and handing over the Award on the night.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH R50 000 ($6 500 or £4 500)
Many Previously Disadvantaged Individuals wish to attend the Festival, however they do not have the financial means. This is an opportunity for a Sponsor to cover the transport and accommodation costs incurred for 5 individuals during the Festival.

BRANDING OF DELEGATE PASS R35 000 ($4 400 or £3 200)
Each delegate receives a delegate pass on registration which is branded with the Sponsor's logo. Each delegate is required to wear this throughout the Festival to gain access to events which gives great visibility.

BRANDING CLOTHING AT FESTIVAL R30 000 ($3 800 or £2 700)
Wild Talk Africa clothing will be available for delegates to purchase at the Festival, branded with the Sponsor's logo. All staff at the Festival will wear branded clothing which will give great visibility.

INTERNET CAFÉ AND DVD BOOTH R15 000 ($1 900 or £1 350)
Throughout the Festival an internet café and DVD booth will be available for delegates. These computers can be branded with the screensaver of the Sponsor's logo, mouse pads can be branded and signage may be put up. This area is in constant use by delegates during the Festival.

BROADCASTER'S BREAKFAST R15 000 ($1 900 or £1 350)
A popular event which gives delegates the opportunity to hear directly from Broadcasters what they are looking for. A Sponsor has the opportunity of branding this breakfast and welcoming delegates. A short AV (1-3 minutes) can be displayed during the breakfast and an opportunity to hand out branded gifts.

BRANDING A WORKSHOP R10 000 ($1 300 or £900)
Workshops at the Festival allow for hands-on audience participation in which delegates can be brought up to speed with the latest technology and innovations. A Sponsor has the opportunity of branding an individual workshop, eg. Newcomer's, Commisioner's, Script-writing, Presenting, Editing, HD Cameras, Grading and Sound Design, Pitching Practice etc.

INTERACTIVE EXHIBITION AREA R9 500 ($1 200 or £850)
An interactive exhibition area creates the perfect platform for companies to showcase their latest products and services to a unique targeted audience. This exclusive area is extremely conducive for securing business deals and creating brand awareness.The cost includes: a 3 x 3 shell scheme, a table, 2 chairs, a spot light, plug and name plate.

ITEMS IN THE DELEGATE BAGS R5 000 ($650 or £450)
Each delegate receives a bag on registration and a Sponsor has the opportunity of placing promotional material (dvd's, flash drives, brochures or flyers etc) in the delegate bags.

ADVERTISING IN THE FESTIVAL DIRECTORY

The Wild Talk Africa Festival Directory is a much sought-after essential A5 directory which is distributed to all the delegates who attend the Festival. It contains all the contact details of the +- 500 delegates who attend the Festival and is used throughout the year as a contact reference guide.

ADVERTISING IN THE FESTIVAL PROGRAMME

The Wild Talk Africa Festival Programme of Events is distributed to all the delegates at the Festival. It is indispensable to the delegates as it contains all the programme details, with seminar, film screenings and workshop times. It is used extensively by the +- 500 delegates throughout the 4-day Festival.

TELEVISION ADVERTISEMENT WITH SPONSOR'S LOGO
A 30" advertisement will be produced and screened for 3 months leading up to the Festival on e.tv, a local South African broadcaster. For all Major Sponsors (R200 000+) of the Festival, the company logo will be included. The advertisement is screened on average 5 times a day over 3 months (value of coverage is approximately R3 million).
